What I was tring to show is the different levels, we've got the city level on the top, with some flats and shops beneath them, then there is this wall, stairs and the place where yachts dock, below that is the pipe with some frozen sludges, ducks and iced water.
I thing there are some things to watch in this picture and I hope you feel it's atmosphere.

Staralem sie tutaj pokazac rozne poziomy, na pierwszym mamy miasto z mieszkaniami i sklepami, dalej jest mur, schody i keja dla jachtow, ostatni to rura ze sciekami, kaczki i zaraznieta woda.
Wydaje mi sie, ze jest na tej fotce kilka rzeczy na ktorych mozna zawiesic oko i mam nadzieje, ze czujecie climat tego miejsca.

Pomysł bardzo dobry, natomiast wydaje mi się, że "poziomy" za mało ze sobą kontrastują.
Góra jest trochę za jasna, może zwiększenie kontrastu fotki by pomogło.
Do czegoś bym się jeszcze przyczepił, bo wyraźnie czuję, że mi tu coś jeszcze nie gra.
